Kenvue is currently recruiting for Head of HR Mexico & Consumer LA North. This position reports into VP of HR LATAM and is based at Mexico City, Mexico.

The Head of HR Mexico & Consumer LA North, is responsible for the creation and deployment of the portfolio of HR work within the geography.

This person will actively support their business partners and drive important people/talent actions for their respective business.


What will you do:


Ensuring business intimacy:

  • Create and deploy the HR strategic agenda for the business within a geography, aligned with HR, business, and shared services strategies.
  • Ensure integration of HR priorities into business plans
  • Evaluate appropriate business, financial, or other drivers across groups to inform HR solutions (e.g., assess effectiveness, identify gaps)
  • Lead strategic HR work for the geography in support of business goals, enterprise goals, and sector HR strategies
  • Develop trusted partnership/coaching relationship with leaders/teams that enhances their impact
  • Partner closely with the Presidents Councils to drive enterprise strategies and crisis management response.

Driving talent agenda and building organizational capability:

  • Identify talent needs of the business via analytics, business acumen, and effective analysis
  • Develop/deploy talent strategies in partnership with local leadership to grow and advance effective, diverse talent pools and drive meaningful talent planning; build on global and regionsector strategies to implement within the geography
  • Support senior business leaders to drive talent agenda and achieve business results
  • Partner with globalsector, regionsector, and country/cluster HR leaders to shape culture, employee engagement, talent agendas, and change initiatives as appropriate

Promoting collaboration:

  • Ensure integrated solutions and seamless experiences for both HR and the business
  • Proactively identify opportunities to partner xgroup and or xsector to ensure integration of efforts

Leading others:

  • Ensure effective performance of the team
  • Ensure meaningful engagement, development, and energy of team
Qualifications


What we are looking for

  • Years of experience: 18+ years professional experience, including directional experience coaching and leading talent; minimum of 15 years of progressive HR or HR related experience required
  • Experience in change management is required
  • Fluent English
  • Solid experience in union and negotiations.
  • Solid experience in Supply Chain industry and consumer goods.
