HR & Admin Assistant.


This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.


What You'll Do:


  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records
  • Performs periodic audits of internal client files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Provides clerical support to the internal HR team.
  • Assists with new client onboarding and orientation, and offboarding.
  • Manages general company calendar and assists HR consultants with calendar management.
  • Assists with research topics for monthly HR newsletter and social media posts.
  • Assists with deploying and providing access to online training tools to clients and their employees.
  • Assists with client billing.
  • Maintains and manages currency of Company and client forms and templates.
  • Participates in professional development sessions or seminars. ç
  • Works on special projects.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

What You Need:


  • High School diploma or equivalent required. Associate degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years administrative assistant experience.
  • 1 year experience working in HR required.

Experience with Canva required (similar design software is a plus)
:


  • Experience working with CRM and productivity software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines at least 90% of the time.
  • Need to know the basics of what happens in HR support.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and pivot as needed.
  • Starting PT 20 hours/week. 4 hours/day.
