  • We are looking for a IT Helpdesk, whose objective is to support Management from an operational, analytical and tactical standpoint, by handling stakeholder requests, solving team's questions, auditing and controlling different activities from colleagues on the operations floor, along with running reports, maintaining files and leading continuous improvement initiatives._

  • Responsibilities_

_ _

  • Answer inbound calls for technical support regarding hardware and software_

_ _

  • Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure_

_ _

  • Document ticket status_

_ _

  • Register all cases, inquiries and calls in tracking tool_

_ _

  • Document noncommon cases on Helpdesk knowledge base_

_ _

  • Be a team player to solve problems, communicate and create a nice and professional work environment_

  • Qualifications we seek in you_

  • Minimum Qualifications_

  • English 90%_

  • Basic MS office_

  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
