WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:


You ́ll be responsible for the running multiple processes of controls and metrics review related to Control Health indicators (Balance Sheet hygiene metric defined by our Headquarter) for all LATAM (excl Brazil).

Responsible to explain to the Controlling team the potencial risk and the corresponding remediation plan for Financial Reporting.

This role offers medium level of exposure with different areas in finance teams in the business, global teams as well as interactions with different stakeholders in the business.

Participate in the implementation of new process / project of Record To Report.

Tultitlan,Mexico / Hybrid


WHAT YOU WILL DO:


  • Value at Risk position presentation to Latam Controller
  • Responsible to coordinate and track compensations, clearing, etc with all financial areas
  • Participate in global projects for LATAM
  • Responsible to ensure compliance controls of GFCF
  • Process and review setting preventive actions
  • Participate in automation projects and digital reports

WHAT YOU ́LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Bachelor's degree economics
  • adiministrative (preferred)
  • Experience in Global Services Center (desirable)
  • Intermediate to advance english
  • 1 + year experience in Financial Analysis and Accounting (including internship)
  • Strong orientation to Continuous Improvement
  • Accountability of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
