In Field Training Manager
Your Tasks and Resposabilities:
- Leading the process to develop the next generation Sales Force, setting training standards in the pharmaceutical industry
- Develop and implement training programs according to business objectives and the strategy marked by the In Field Excellence team
- Define, develop, and coordinate the implementation of new digital capabilities with Sales Force and Marketing.
- Assure the implementation of KAM Excellence in Mexico in accordance with the strategy define by the KAM Excellence lead.
- Define and implement different learning channels tailored to our Sales Force's needs.
- Design with cross functional departments the training and sessions connected required according to objectives and performance.
- Ensure documentation of training activities for sales and marketing area for audit activities.
- The Field Training Manager identifies training gaps across the sales force and seek out resources to address identified gaps and/or to develop training interventions.
Who You Are:
- Bachelor's degree Administration, Psychology or related
- Passion for training and commitment to training
- Communicates effectively: Develops and delivers multimode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
- Ability to communicate in English (oral and written)
- Customer Focus: Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer centric solutions.
