Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven web project manager to lead the project of the development of different websites for one of our clients.

You will be collaborating with the IT team on the website's conceptualization, guiding the team through the product development stages, and overseeing the live deployment of our website.

To ensure success as a web project manager, you should possess extensive experience in website design and the ability to lead web development initiatives.

Responsible for:

Consulting to determine the website's desired appearance and functionalities.
Conceptualizing the website design process and leading the IT development team.
Developing userfriendly and visually appealing interfaces and performing SEO procedures.
Understanding, professional experience analyzing and assessing the platform excellence ecosystem (Analytics/Tagging, Performance and SEO)
Troubleshooting and testing prototypes, as well as monitoring the live deployment of the product.
Performing Common Gateway Interface (CGI) and code checks to optimize website performance as well as having knowledge of analytics and understands tracking the organic traffic of the website
Providing mentorship to junior developers and facilitating suitable interventions to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Documenting website development processes and procedures.
Managing projects under an agile approach
Working experience with Atlassian package: Jira
Tickets creation, follow up and assignation depending on the project needs, and Confluence for documentation and reporting.
Project management / Scrum master skills are needed to ensure the different milestones set for the projects are being met with quality, on time and based on the budget defined prior to the execution
Has knowledge and experience of measuring the KPIs of the project in terms of performance of the site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science with coursework in graphic design, web development, or similar.
4+ years' experience in web project management, working on digital projects related to eCommerce, Digital, IT Project Management and/or Web Development
Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
Advance proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, HTML, or PHP.
Exceptional ability to contribute creativity and innovation to web projects.
Superb leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills.
Time management to coordinate different time zones from vendors and stakeholders.
