Manejo de personal de acuerdo a los valores de la compañía.
Ser un rol model y asegurar que el personal a cargo siga los lineamientos de seguridad del área.
Seguimiento a programa de producción y mantener la seguridad en el área.
Participar proactivamente en detección de condiciones inseguras y reportar inmediatamente a su líder si detecta alguna.
Motivar al personal a cargo a realizar Proactive Safety.
Ser responsable de arrancar la línea de producción.
Ser responsable de desempeñar todas las posiciones de la línea de trabajo.
Apoyar en que la línea siga un flujo constante e identificar cuellos de botella.
Mantener siempre orden y limpieza del área.
Cumplir con los estándares de producción por hora.
Verificar que se realice de manera correcta y por hora el reporteo de la línea asignada.
Validar que se realicen los TPM de línea asignada y si encuentra algún hallazgo escalar problema.

Contribuir a la mejora del área, aportando ideas de mejora y motivando a su equipo.
