The
Opportunity
GP is a complex global function with a dominant focus on strategic sourcing; however, GBS assessment provided valuable insights about future design of RemainCo and GBS enablement


This includes:
Processes Standardization across different secotrs, Service Delivery Performance Management; Communications, Continuous Improvement; and Process Design.


One of the Robust global service catalog includes Contracting, which this role requires a proactive and very analytic leader who conducts contract process challenges and ensure KPIs and SLAs.

This person will be an important connection with Legal team and GP category leaders with the aim to set up capability/service management, governance policies and driving process improvements.

This individual should also have the ability to effectively gather and collect data, continuously evaluate performance opportunities, and identify ways to improve quality and timeliness of the team's outputs (e.g. PowerBI, streamline models, post audit evaluations, status updates, etc.).


Your Impact
As Global Proc Analyst your responsibilities would consist of

  • Ensure automation, standardization and simplification are implemented in the GBS contract processes in MBS and create benchmark with other Hubs
  • Establish the process measurement and metrics for contract creation, execution and maintenance.
  • Review all contract requisitions are aligned to PepsiCo & GP policies & procedures.
  • Constant communication and collaboration with stakeholders and legal team to get accurate information and measure performance and fulfillment of deliveries and quality of documents.
  • Approve/deny contracts requisitions within the SLA's
  • Uptodate Procurement Knowledge of all Procurement processes, policies, categories & suppliers
  • Keep track of all reviewed contract requisitions according to KPIs established.
  • New contracts or renewal others
  • Update suppliers documents
  • Obtain further information to support contract first draft creation
  • Data management, quality information and gathering information from different sources.
  • Regular reporting in PowerPoint and Power BI
  • Data organization, cleansing, and vetting
  • Ownership of all standard and adhoc report

Qualifications:

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor's degree in commerce/business administration/industrial engineer/ finance.
  • Broad understanding of Global Procurement activities
  • Strong project/program management
  • Process improvement experience/mindset
  • Initiative and proven ability to drive change
  • Ability to influence, persuasive and strong in change management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to analyze sourcing data and understand the processes.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office programs specifically Excel and Access. Dexterity within PowerPoint a plus
  • Advanced English level
  • 13 years of experience in Spend Support/Spend Reporting & Analytics
