Join our team as a
Service Manager for PEGA system.

Your new role - challenging and future-oriented:

  • You help us supporting running operations of a Global collection tool taking responsibility and ownership for Level1-Support for the AMERICAS
  • By making use of process and utilization data you are driving user adoption and change management
  • You are listening to business needs, translate them into requirement specifications and act as an entrepreneur throughout the realization cycle in an agile interaction with the development team and program owner
  • Under the lead of the Program Manager you are supporting further enhancement projects in the region

Your qualifications - solid and appropriate

  • You are a team player and empathic with customers, stakeholders and team members
  • You have excellent stakeholder/key account management skills
  • You are proactive and drive topics in an entrepreneurial manner
  • You are willing to drive change & digitalization
  • You have a strong process analysis & mapping skills (Yellow Belt/Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma is a plus)
  • You have a strong understanding of business requirement documents, workflow diagrams & technical design documents on automation space and being able to create & explain them
  • You have a strong affinity to Information Technology, preferred skills; BPM solutions (Pega, Mendix etc), SAP/ERP, Analytics
  • Basic knowledge of relational database solutions is required (SQL, Snowflake)
  • Knowledge of RPA solutions, Data Analytics solutions is preferred
  • Experience in the field of Credit Management and Collections is a plus
  • You possess the ability to work in a team and to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form in English, another language (Spanish or Portuguese) would be a plus
