This role will be the delivery partner to the Finance leadership teams.

This partnership will enable the Finance function to achieve its goals, drive the greatest leverage of our technical investments, enable innovation, and maintain Baxter's leadership position in the market.

To be successful, this role must engage with the leaders to build digital and technology understanding in the leadership team while collaborating on business strategies and outcomes to ensure the technology suite and roadmap will deliver the required business value.

The Global Information Technology Centers are focused on being a stronger business partner, aligned to deliver on the technology needs and maintaining global support and shared expertise to advance digital capabilities across the enterprise.

Our IT function is made up of employees with varied backgrounds and knowledge. This diversity of skills and expertise allows us to bring creative and innovative solutions

What you'll be doing

Collaborate with Product Owner to manage the product backlog, prioritize projects and features based on impact and alignment with the team's longterm goals and strategy
Partner with Procurement and 3rd party vendors as needed for new solutions and enhancements
Integrate input from multiple channels, including customer research, industry research/best practices and stakeholder requirements, into product priorities and requirements
Serve as product engineer for agile or SDLC based project teams
Design, build, launch and assess MVPs employing Lean principles
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mínimal supervision
Develop Standard Operating Procedures to standardize tasks for consistency in operations
Work with third party, Finance Leadership Team and/or business partner when issues are found; manage issues to closure.

What you'll bring

BA / BS in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or other engineering discipline
Expertise / understand cloud technologies, preferably Blackline, Concur, GetPaid, Kyriba, Oracle EPM
Work with third party, Finance Leadership Team and/or business partner when issues are found; manage issues to closure.
Solid understanding of SaaS (Software as a Service) solution implementation and experience
Handson experience in development, maintenance and support of high availability software services. As well as distributed systems and highavailability solutions including clustering and replication
Experience in creating Operations Manual and Standard Operating Procedures
Experience working directly with globally distributed stakeholders driving discussions on Service Requests and
