    Job Description:

    We are seeking a dynamic individual for the position of Multi-disciplinary Technician to join our team:

    • Work Area: Oaxaca
    • Work Mode: On-site
    • Type of Contract: Fixed-Term

    This role involves executing assigned maintenance services on-site.

    What You'll Do:

    • Repairing finishes in sheetrock
    • Maintaining corporate buildings
    • Applying paint
    • Plumbing, locksmithing, masonry, carpentry, welding
    • Maintaining carpet, tile, wood flooring, ceilings
    • Basic knowledge of electricity
    • Working with power tools (drill, polisher, unclogger, grinder, etc.)

    Desired Experience and Technical Skills:

    • General Area Maintenance
    • Use of manual and power tools
    • Preferably able to drive a standard vehicle

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or higher
    • At least 1 year of experience in the mentioned activities
    • Flexible schedule

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Following the maintenance plan
    • Technical execution skills
    • Flexible schedule
