Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?
The role of the PFNA Field Services Project Coordinator is accountable for PFNA Site Operations coordination to improve overall services for the US and Canada Field Sites.
Accountabilities:
- Responsible for Field site Infrastructure Improvement Plan coordination
- Ensures timely reporting for all Field Site Infrastructure baseline projects
- Handle escalation for Field Infrastructure Service Improvement issues
- Responsible to document all communication plans for Infrastructure service improvements
- Coordinating and ensuring PFNA asset currency driving stability in the field
- Establish and drive visibility of all work through a real time dashboard for all activities
- Work with regional Technical Mgrs and site leads to schedule Infra. maintenance activities.
Qualifications:
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree or
- 8+ years of IT technology experience, with clear technical hands experience
- 3+ years of IT project coordination, project management preferred
- 2+ Years of IT Operations experience
- Extensive coordination experience on technical projects
- Experience in identifying opportunities, analyze issues, design solutions and
- Experience in ServiceNow Service Mapping
- Experience in global virtual environment with multiple stake holders and competing priorities.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Servant leader, comfortable interacting in a consistently collaborative manner with all levels of the organization
- Ability to speak both IT and business, with a focus on representing the art of the possible
- Experience in working with multiple Managed Service Providers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing complex priorities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently manage a variety of multiple concurrent projects/issues simultaneously
