What you'll do:


PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Conducts all administrative processes related to Receiving, Storing, Supplying and Cycle Counting for all raw materials external and internal procured (included production storage locations)


As a core activity, establishes and maintains all warehouse operations SAFE, and with accurate records that will support manufacturing and service plant's metrics.

Support financial and supply chain departments in task related to warehouse operation impacting other processes.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Lead a group of warehouse clerks at Monterrey Plant Ensures excellence in service to our internal customer through the use of best practice methods, processes and tools.

Manage direct personnel development including performance reviews, training plans and development needs. Accurately access and utilize the capabilities of others, positively motivating others to succeed. In addition, manage talent in and out of the organization as necessary. Lead the execution and deployment of robust 6s's process and continuous improvement across the organization. Keep perpetual inventory records Establish a safety work environment eliminating unsafe acts and conditions. Ensures. On time service to production cells supplying the requested material according to the established methods. Trains new personnel on their standard work according their position. Manages personnel assistance controls for payroll. Manages personnel overtime if requested Assures Inventory Accuracy Keeps updated their performance metrics (Inventory Accuracy, COGI errors, DACR, TACR, Check List Performance Keeps KB system according KB deployment across whole plant Conduct Annual physical inventory. Management of the external warehouse Start the pick project in order in the families that are required.


DIMENSIONS:


Record any measurable statistics which your position impacts such as production expenses, maintenance expenses, sales volumes, payroll costs, capital expenditures, research budgets, cost of purchases, value of inventories controlled, employees supervised (direct and indirect).

Your qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Industrial or Mechanical
  • Minimum 3 Years of experience in warehouse processes administration
  • SAP knowledge (Inventory Module)
  • ERP, MRP Knowledge
  • Self-Started and Highly Motivated
  • Able to work independently from Supervision.
  • Able to work as a team player with selfdepartment and others.
  • Able to manage 80+ employees (Salary and nonSalary)
