Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, this role _will be r

- _esponsible for a variety of recruitment activities ensure the organization's recruitment process is efficient, effective, and equitable._

What a typical day looks like:
_ Perform proactive search by using all available tools_

- _ Advise HR and hiring managers on market intelligence (available talent pool for specific skillset, market salary, feedback from market, etc)_
- _ Responsible for continuously reviewing source efficiency, recommending new sources and creating sourcing strategy_
- _ Make sure all stakeholders understand and follow Flex ́s internal processes and relevant policies_
- _ Ensure compliance to external regulations and requirements_

The experience we're looking to add to our team:
_ Fluent English_

- _ Experience of Human Resources or related experience, job boards_
- _ Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively develop and drive initiatives._
- _ Ability to communicate and demonstrate technical expertise with internal and external customers._
