Accounting Manager_

We are currently seeking a qualified Accounting Manager to join our growing organization. If you have a strong background in accounting, leadership skills, and the ability to drive results, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Adherence to Accounting Practices: Interpret and adhere to general accounting practices and procedures.

Team Management:Lead and manage a small team, prioritize projects, assign and review work, evaluate staff performance, and provide career guidance and training direction.

Technical Guidance: Provide technical expertise to the current team and motivate them to achieve individual and team goals.
-
Communication and Expectation Management:Effectively communicate with upper management, direct reports, and internal/external business partners. Understand and manage customer requirements and expectations.

Goal Identification:Identify and communicate team goals and objectives. Provide services and make recommendations for process improvements.
-
Audit Support: Responsible for supporting internal and external audits.

Qualifications:

Education:Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.

Experience:5-7 years of accounting experience is preferred.

Leadership Skills: Demonstrate initiative, leadership, good judgment, and superior communication skills (proficient in English).

Technical Skills:Proficient in taxes preparation on a monthly and annual basis, financial statements preparation, and internal control processes.

Analytical Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial analysis skills.

Software Proficiency:Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (80% proficiency).

Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail is essential.

Preferred Skills:Collaboration and teamwork, effective communication (writing, speaking, and active listening).

Benefits:

Salary: $78,000 neto
Superior benefits, senior medical managers insurance and life Insurance
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm
Work zone: Fracc. La Joya, Tijuana, Baja California.
