Are you looking for an opportunity to join a highly-regarded IT development firm?


What You'll Do

  • Documenting all correspondence, research, internal inquiries, and pertinent information in our ticketing system for Latin American Dealers.
  • Communicating efficiently with other staff as needed to handle requests from Latin American customers.
  • Utilizing internal systems to further education as well as attempt to replicate the software behavior that the customer may experience.
  • Engaging team members for assistance and escalating to management when necessary.
  • Working daily with customers to provide them with information on the scope of support and training regarding the products and services to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Ability to travel once a month to provide support and training services to the client in Mexico City.
  • Providing written translation between Spanish and English for all the above communications with the customer.

What You Have

Must Have:

3+ years of experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in the software industry

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Experience in business analysis of software products is a plus

Familiarity with Zoho Helpdesk, Slack, Gmail, TeamViewer, and MS Remotdesktop

  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and customer support software.
  • Experience working with SQL SSMS is a plus.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuinely customeroriented attitude.
  • Technical proficiency and ability to learn new software and systems.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

Willingness to provide support on-site in Mexico City once a month.
