Main Responsabilities:

Design new and existing embedded software controls for Engine Controllers.
Create a culture of Continuous Improvement.
This person will support planning and perform tasks to meet quality, delivery and cost goals with mínimal supervision.
This position requires a degree of technical judgment, experience and unique approaches to solutions and some ability to mentor other engineers on complex technical issues when needed.
Well conversant with requirements capture, analysis, design, programming, debugging, hardware integration and verification.
Should be able to use traditional as well as state of art tools for development such as
Model Based Software Design & Simulation (MBSD)
Auto Code Generation
Software In Loop (SIL),
Hardware In Loop (HIL)
Model In Loop (MIL) tools
Systems will include:
Analog / digital electronics
Software operating systems

What Skills You Need:

At least 2 years of experience in
Embedded Software development for Engine Controllers.
Firmware (Embedded Software) development.
MBSD and C or C++ programming language.
Development for microcontrollers
Experience with
Development and debugging tools
Microcontroller peripherals and systems
Should be able to use traditional as well as state of art tools for development such as

Model in Loop
C and C++ development
Python or other scripting language

What Makes You StandOut:

Technical expertise relating to the design and diagnostics of
Combustion engines
Engine controllers
Electrical systems and components
Control theory
Instrumentation Methods
Hydraulic control
Electric motor controls
Strong Knowledge of
Programming languages: ANSI C, C++, Python
MATLAB-Simulink and Visual Studio
Version control such as Git or SVN
Strong commitment on delivery/ Customer oriented.

Education (or equivalent experience):

B.S. Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Digital Systems, and Robotics Engineering or similar.
