What You Will Do

Proactively coach and come along side Leaders to drive results.
Relentlessly and constructively challenging situations and behaviors that are not consistent with our goals and our Code of Conduct.
Provide strategic guidance to leaders including but not limited to individual performance development, compensation, career, and talent development.
Partnering with our recruitment capability to assure the business is being staffed with top hourly and salary talent to be able to meet its commitments with our customers.
Make sure we are compliant with all Federal, State and Local employment regulations.
Go one step ahead developing human resources solutions by collecting and analyzing information, recommending courses of action to the business.

Always be "forward thinking" to anticipate needs and issues before they arise.
Previous Human Resources Experience on a samilar role

Desired

Fully bilingual English-Spanish
Contribution motivated.
Work on site and ability to move in the area.

What Will Put You Ahead

Experience in automotive operations will be an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related discipline.
