What You Will Do- Coordination of base lines & cells through the resources assigned to their turn, such as AM's, TL's &
- Track the production sequence of lines & cells.
- Follow UPH Performance of the production lines of your assigned shift.
- Assurance of product quality on production lines.
- Follow up and corrective actions to the scrap indexes.
- Generation of final shift production report.
- Followup and corrective actions to the absenteeism & dismissal rates of corresponding shift.
- Maintenance and compliance of the 5's of all the productive areas of the plant.
- Followup closed to the critical / urgent / air shipments that are scheduled.
- Followup / Release of nonconforming product according to established procedures.
- In the event of a problem that slows down or stops the production lines, you must react quickly to the
- Direct escalation to the Staff of problems that put customer delivery at risk.
- Ensure that SAA and SC requirements are established, implemented and maintained in
accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 1694- Daily participation in the meetings for the start of the critical review period for boarding.
- HC review of the shift in charge.
- Verification of prepayroll of the employees of their shift in charge.

- 57 year of related experience in manufacturing companies, automotive industry preferably
- Customer specific requirements (applicable)
- Knowledge in ISO 14001 & IATF 16949
- English: Intermediate level
