What You Will Do

Coordination of base lines & cells through the resources assigned to their turn, such as AM's, TL's &

TM's.

Track the production sequence of lines & cells.
Follow UPH Performance of the production lines of your assigned shift.
Assurance of product quality on production lines.
Follow up and corrective actions to the scrap indexes.
Generation of final shift production report.
Followup and corrective actions to the absenteeism & dismissal rates of corresponding shift.
Maintenance and compliance of the 5's of all the productive areas of the plant.
Followup closed to the critical / urgent / air shipments that are scheduled.
Followup / Release of nonconforming product according to established procedures.
In the event of a problem that slows down or stops the production lines, you must react quickly to the

solution to the problem using the company's tools and in compliance with established procedures.

Direct escalation to the Staff of problems that put customer delivery at risk.
Ensure that SAA and SC requirements are established, implemented and maintained in

accordance with ISO 14001 and IATF 1694- Daily participation in the meetings for the start of the critical review period for boarding.

HC review of the shift in charge.
Verification of prepayroll of the employees of their shift in charge.
