    You will lead a field sales representative team to ensure the sales strategy is executed and annual KPIs and targets are met for a specific area. Collaboration with cross-functional colleagues is essential to achieve activation and report on KPIs.

    How you will contribute

    You will:

    • Manage, develop, and motivate the team, collaborating with the sales capability team for training delivery.
    • Create and oversee an annual business unit plan to achieve channel revenue KPIs and targets, providing necessary reports.
    • Cultivate strong customer relationships to achieve top-notch category execution.
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders for optimal returns in your area.
    • Have in-depth knowledge of categories and insights to guide the team and influence customer decisions.

    Position Details:

    • Audits on monthly routes
    • Personnel management/coaching
    • 60% fieldwork and 40% administrative tasks
    • Overseeing 11 routes and 12 individuals
    • Tracking KPI compliance
    • Developing sellers' skills through training and coaching
    • Coordinating and supervising team activities

    Education and Certifications: Bachelor's in Business Administration

    Job specific requirements:

    • Experience in negotiation, coaching, follow-up, strategic analysis
    • Analytical skills, experience in the retail channel
    • Advanced MS Office skills

    Location: Guerrero Negro, Baja California Sur and Ciudad Constitución

    Experience in team management required

    Work schedule: Monday to Saturday
