What you will do? Job Scope & Purpose
Assists the Regional CFO in all key financial activities. Responsible for the oversight the forecasting, planning, and financial process improvements.

Provides guidance and support to operational and functional teams on a myriad of business/financial issues, while maintaining highest level of financial integrity.


How you will do it? Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional CFO and Regional President in critical assessments and executive management presentations on key topics and financial results
  • Ensure all reporting and deliverables is met timely and accurately.
  • Drive the financial quarterly and monthly forecast (flash), annual budget and outlook processes.
  • Improve performance by evaluating processes to drive efficiencies.
  • Analyze complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management for decision making purposes.
  • Serve as liaison to Corporate and EMEALA FP&A team to assess relevance of deliverables and create execution and communication plans to meet required finance deadlines
  • Proactively work with the Controllers and Functional Leads to improve financial reporting results, including the identification and roll out of financial best practices
  • Continuously develop and coach the Regional FP&A team, focusing on financial planning as well as operational execution and improvement
  • Timely identify local finance gaps and efficiently deploy local FP&A resources to assist in resolution
  • Lead the development and utilization of new field facing tools (ie. PowerBI based reporting) to support key operational levers
  • Oversee and enhance monthly reporting packages and presentations, focusing on more transparent performance
  • Think critically to identify and assess nonoperational quarterly PL opportunities

What we look for? Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
  • Minimum of 12 years of progressive financial experience in all aspects of business control.
  • Ability to support and critically analyze financial results in an international operation as well as present to senior leadership teams.
  • Strong customer and business orientation and desire to develop business acumen.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. Hyperion Enterprise, Essbase and OneStream knowledge highly required.
  • Must be Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese desirable
