    In a nutshell, the Database Administrator holds the main responsibility for all physical and applicative database administration tasks that support the end-to-end product lifecycle from a database standpoint.

    • You will offer top-level problem-solving services to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, providing effective and lasting solutions to complex issues.
    • Guiding and coaching project management, development teams, and customer architects, both internally and externally, will be part of your role.
    • You'll take charge of designing, developing, configuring, and managing critical database systems, ensuring high performance and enhancing complex code.
    • Defining database parameters and promoting standardization across various customers worldwide will be key tasks.
    • Being a reliable professional will make you a bridge builder and set an example in communication and partnership building.

    What to bring to the table:

    Bachelor's/B.Sc. in computer science or equivalent

    • 3+ years of solid experience in Oracle DBA (12c, 19c)
    • 3+ years of experience in OS (Solaris, Linux, AIX, HP-UX)
    • Good knowledge in Golden Gate concepts
    • Experience in PLSQL and Shell scripting (perl/sed/awk)
    • Knowledge in MySQL
    • Experience with supporting Non-production/Production DB environments
    • Significant experience in RDBMS and supporting mission-critical databases
    • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
    • Effective in high-pressure situations with excellent communication skills
    • Customer-facing experience

    Nice to have:

    • Understanding of AWS/Azure cloud or Cloud Portal
    • Desired experience in Performance Monitoring & Tuning and knowledge of Cassandra
