    Key responsibilities

    • Manage new hires' data on MySuccess and HR/payroll systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GDPR, legal standards, and Kerry guidelines.
    • Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying and escalating issues to Specialists and People Managers as needed.
    • Handle all ServiceNow requests, meeting SLAs, resolving issues promptly, and escalating when necessary.
    • Maintain electronic files, keeping them organized and GDPR-compliant by regularly deleting and archiving data.
    • Ensure immigration compliance for employees in different countries under your jurisdiction, including sponsorship processes and adherence to legal requirements and internal audit standards.
    • Lead or support various projects that align with Kerry GBS's Continuous Excellence initiatives.
    • Oversee the Occupational Health referral system, processing referral payments when necessary.
    • Manage HR System updates for promotions, legal entity changes, and benefits adjustments, providing guidance to stakeholders.
    • Offer support to Employee Lifecycle Specialists, COE partners, and HR Business Partners.

    Qualifications and skills

    Personal Attributes / Key Proficiencies

    Service Delivery

    • Proficient in using ServiceNow and its core functions.
    • Handle various queries and requests efficiently, such as contracts, employee benefits, and audit support.
    • Demonstrate strong reporting and analytical skills to deliver HR insights to the business proactively.

    Technology Enablement

    • Utilize MS Office and other essential business tools effectively.
    • Utilize PowerPoint for data presentation, Word for document creation, Outlook for email management, Excel for data analysis, Visio for process documentation, Visio for creating/maintaining process documentation, Sharepoint for collaboration, PowerBI for KPI analysis, and SAP/Concur for financial transactions.

    Legal / Regulatory

    • Understand relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Knowledgeable about GDPR and data privacy laws.

    Personal/Professional Development

    • Ensure all stakeholders are well-versed in employee lifecycle processes.
    • Provide feedback to individuals/groups for process optimization.
    • Utilize problem-solving skills to address data errors effectively.

    Language and Communication Skills

    • Demonstrate a high level of English proficiency.
    • Effectively communicate with Business Partners and Customers.
    • Adapt communication methods as per the situation.
    • Proficiency in a foreign language, especially Portuguese, is advantageous.

    Qualifications/Experience

    • 1-2 years of HR experience with HR qualifications.
