Responsibilities

What will you be doing?

Define, mature and lead the full people, process and technology driven Partner & Portfolio Success Team within the Digital Platforms & CAVO (DP&C) organization working across all Sector and CGF CIOs, Global S&T and Global Business Services Teams.
Lead the following core services of the DP&C organization
Partner Engagement, Work Intake, Solution Engineering, Solution Delivery Models and Portfolio & Operations Health through this global engagement.
Partner Engagement: Identify capability roadmap requirements and shape demand across Digital Product Teams within Sector and CGF CIOs, Global S&T and Global Business Services Teams.
Work Intake: Manage the tactical work intake processes to ensure a common process/execution flow from idea to pursuit to proposal.
Solution Engineering: Lead team of digital platform and cloud engineers to define logical, physical and deployment architectures supporting highly complex Digital Product solutions.
Solution Delivery Models: Ensure supportive Digital Product delivery models across Sector and CGF CIO, Global S&T and GBS Teams, such as Consultive, Secondment and Full product delivery models.
Portfolio &

Operations Health:

Ensure appropriate portfolio & operations health metrics are tracked, available and alertive to ensure appropriate visibility to risks, issues and concerns to enable remediation in a timely manner.

Lead the new DP&C Solution Architecture organization to ensure highly resilient Digital Platform and Cloud architecture designs are levareaged at scale and enable fully capable Digital Products for all Sector and CGF CIO, Global S&T and GBS Teams across the Global PepsiCo landscape.

Qualifications

Who are we looking for?

5+ years of technology work experience in a largescale Global organization.
4+ years of experience working within a crossfunctional IT organization in partnership with Sector CIOs, CTO, Information Security.
3+ years of driving Digital Enablment (solution delivery) across a Global IT Function.
3+ years of experience in hyperscale Public Cloud (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, Google Cloud).
Deep understanding of Digital Platforms and the capabilities they deliver as well as the value proposition of leveraging advanced technologies such as computer vision and IoT.
Deep understanding of Digital Platform benefits, and the ability to align those benefits to the needs/objectives of stakeholders and PepsiCo as a whole.
Business and financial acumen, especially as it pertains specifically to PepsiCo, its customers and its partners.
Ability to create strategic plans spanning multiple time horizons and across multiple partner Teams.
Ability to build crossfunctional relationships through trust, respect, and partnership.
Ability to discern perceived differing priorities between the business and IT, and identifying a path forward that is mutually beneficial.
Experience in driving consensus around and across virtual teams and multiple functions through clear communication of vision and objectives, thorough planning, effective execution, and realization of desired benefits.
Track record of consistently delivering excellent results in challenging and/or transformational environments.
