Be a part of a dynamic team as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive. Showcase your multi-tasking abilities and bring your interpersonal skills to the table.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for managing the executive's calendar, communication, and travel plans. You will act as a gatekeeper for all incoming contacts and handle sensitive information with discretion. Your exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail will be key in this role.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the gatekeeper for all contact with the public, clients, and staff
  • Manage the executive's extensive and complex calendar
  • Schedule meetings and adjust priorities as needed
  • Screen incoming calls and respond on the executive's behalf
  • Arrange and maintain travel plans and reconcile expenses
  • Maintain a poised attitude under pressure and handle changing priorities
  • Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and trustworthiness

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Strong PC skills (proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Concur)
  • Effective interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, Portuguese is a plus
  • Superior oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
  • Tact and good judgment in confidential situations
  • At least five years of administrative experience supporting senior executives

  • Commitment to work extra hours if needed
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work independently and handle changing needs
  • Advanced ability to organize, prioritize, and seek guidance in managing multiple priorities and functions under time constraints.
