Category Management Executive

Responsibilities

  • CATMAN process execution: Develop & implement tailormade plans for retailers/categories in charge (Scorecards, adhoc analysis, portfolio proposal, planogram development, store layouts)
  • Customer Relationship: Build strong commercial relationships with key stakeholders (Buyers, category managers, layout executives) to maintain, develop & gain advisories and support the categories growth plans.
  • Data administration: Gather and process client & syndicated scanning databases, needed in the analysis for customer, client and/or market reviews, assuring the quality of the information received in order to feed the advanced analytics CATMAN cube.
  • Insight generation: Assess category trends from multiple perspectives including internal data, competition, market research, consumer/marketplace trends, and sales channel dynamics, synthetizing category needs at local market level.
  • POS Execution: Must secure the Category Management process implantation by customer, creating relevant engagement with the Field Force team.

Who are you

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar careers.
  • Experience: +3 years in Category Management, Trade & Shopper Marketing, Marketing or commercial experience, preferred OTC and/or FMCG industry.
  • Related experience at Data Analysis working and developing insights with syndicated data, I&P & planogram tools (Preferably).
  • Understanding/ experience of FMCG category management approach basics & processes (Preferably).
