Manufacturing Manager, based in
Chihuahua, Chihuahua, México (E-Systems Division).

As Manufacturing Manager will have an excellent opportunity to support operations and functional teams to achieve all the company goals.

Your Task will be:

Administration of production supervisors.
Key communication channel between the manufacturing areas and the functional areas of Quality, Planning, Materials, Maintenance and Engineering.
Ensure that production plans are met with the highest established quality standards and in the correct time.
Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams to solve repetitive and systemic problems.
Facilitate and ensure the creation of work teams for the continuous improvement of manufacturing KPIs.
Maintain your area within the total parameters of 5S.
Actively participate in the strategic boards of "Production Forecast", SIOP and "Plant Manning".
Establish the goals of key indicators and periodically evaluate the performance of the personnel under your charge.
Facilitate problemsolving strategies.
Motivate outstanding performance, operational excellence and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Education Industrial, Electric, Electronic Engineering or any related field.
Automotive and harness company experience preferable.
3 years of experience as Manufacturing Manager.
English Advanced level.
Advanced knowledge in MS-Office (graphics & reports).
Knowledge of production metrics (OEE, Efficiency, Adhesion Indicators, absenteeism, DL Turnover, IPPM, WC).
Knowledge in lean manufacturing (Green Belt certification preferred).
