As a PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER, you will coordinate the fulfillment of production programs by leading human and technical resources and aligning them with safety, quality and cost goals.

Key Responsibilities

Achieves all production objectives through accurate planning to meet production schedules and delivering high quality products, which meet specifications.
Keep operating procedures up to date and ensure compliance.
Guarantee resources to meet programs.
Detect and eliminate unsafe working conditions by developing and supervising operating procedures.
Follow personnel training and certification programs.
Ensure compliance with the program of preventive and corrective maintenance to equipment in the area.
Adapt and manufacture products in compliance with quality specifications.

Qualifications

Previous experience preferred in chemical industry
Bachelors of Engineering.
3 years of supervisory or management experience in a Manufacturing or Production environment
Quality and continuous improvement tools.
Swift shifts.
Intermediate or advanced English.
