Cash Application Specialist

Primary Purpose:

What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • Check bank for daily cash received
  • Investigate unapplied cash payments utilizing available resources and working with defined stakeholders
  • Reconcile the cash received vs. cash applied
  • Create overpayments and chargebacks in ERP for payment variances as indicated on customer remittance
  • Add comments in ERP for unapplied/unassigned payments and update as needed
  • Track unresolved issues and work with stakeholders to resolve timely
  • Escalate issues with team leads
  • Ensure all cash posted and applied before monthend close
  • Support for a smooth monthclose working with all stakeholders
  • Liaison with the inmarket teams for any reconciliation
  • Support auditing requirements

The Experience You Will Bring

Requirements:


  • Technical experience or Associates Degree with specialization in Accounting, Business, or Finance
  • 2 to 4 years accounting experience in a multinational environment.


  • Fluent in English

  • Oral and Written
