Key Responsibilities:

Model Development: Create and modify 3D models using Autodesk Revit for architectural, structural, and MEP designs.

Documentation: Produce detailed construction documents, drawings, and schedules from Revit models.

Quality Control: Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of models and documents, adhering to company and industry standards.

Clash Detection: Conduct clash detection and resolve conflicts within models using Revit and other BIM tools.

Standards Compliance: Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

Project Management: Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and communication with clients and team members.

Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Revit and BIM processes.

Innovation: Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance productivity and efficiency.


Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Autodesk Revit in a professional setting.

Technical Skills:


  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit and related BIM software.
  • Strong understanding of architectural, structural, and MEP systems.
