SECTION I: GENERAL SUMMARY


Leads the teams on the lines, to achieve strategical operational goals, promotes organizational values to have the proper work environment.


SECTION II:

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year at least group leader for operations.

SECTION III:
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATIONS

  • Autonomous

SECTION IV:

MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate at the different phases of new product development.
  • Rigorous execution in all the processes we have.
  • Leads continuous improvement by using Lean Manufacturing techniques.
  • Performs activities related to safety.
  • Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their role in relation to the standard ISO9001: 201
  • Comply in time planned trainings related to Quality and Training.
  • Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
  • Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by department supervisor.
