Job Description:

Main Objective

Responsible for support and assistance to manage budget and to control project costs in several sectors making an accurate cost management service and areas involved in the department.

What challenges will you have?

_ This is a part time vacancy, working 27.5 hours a week

Reporting and performing secretarial and administrative duties manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments.
Control in all administrative aspects related to the area.

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

Scholarship: Business Administration and Management, Business Studies, International trade or similar
From 2 to 4 years of experience as a personal assistant or administrative area.
Advanced English level

Technical Knowledge

MS Word
Excel
Power point
Progressive Web Apps
