Purpose

You will be the person who will support the process of gathering and compiling essential data for the administration of construction project contracts.

Responsibilities
Collection, ordering and recording of relevant contract information

Collection, ordering and recording of relevant contract information
Under general supervision, assists with the implementation of contracts administration procedures and coordinates or monitors the completion of administrative tasks.
Administers activities associated with contracts for services, purchase of equipment, materials, or products.
Participates in and/or conducts proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration and custom

What will you bring?
More than 5 years of relevant experience supporting or managing construction contracts ideally for EPC or Mining projects.

Typical Qualifications

University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Systems, Processes & Tools Strong understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field. Able to assist others and troubleshoot issues.

Torreón (initially in Mexico City)
