EXPERT HR LEGAL & COMPLIANCE

Your tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Drive delivery of HR Legal & Compliance services as defined in department/team scope and yearly operational department/team plans
  • Provide expert legal advice on labor law related topics to HR and the management in the country
  • Handle all labor law related legal issues in the country
  • Develop, draft and/or review internal policies and other legal documents to ensure the Company's full legal rights with HR obligations
  • Design and negotiate works agreements concerning, among other things, remuneration, working conditions, ITtopics, Compliance
  • Support the implementation of collective agreements
  • Establish labor relations / supports work with workers councils / trade unions in a respectful, constructive and professional manner
  • Support M&A and due diligence
  • Support restructuring, conception and negotiation of reconciliation of interests and social plan
  • General HR legal advisory for the management
  • Audits all HR subsystems/processes in order to ensure the necessary compliance
  • Legally represents the Country/Plant in Governmental requirements
  • Informs all relevant stakeholders in HR and business related to legal changes
  • Ensure adherence to globally defined policies, processes, tools and frameworks, in order to cover compliance from Audit, Legal and risk management point of view
  • Ensure accurate & compliant data quality for all HR Legal & Compliance related data, regular maintenance and required cleansing of data according to global/local rules defined
  • Support / lead upon request global and local initiatives and rollins of HR Legal & Compliance or related HR programs, policies, processes, projects

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in law, business administration or other related discipline
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similarly position
  • Experience in Employee Relations
  • Experience in Labor Contract Knowledge
  • Experience in Corporate Labor law
  • Experience in Disciplinary procedures and actions
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to concentrate and analyze complex situations,focus on results, reliability, willingness to learn, humility.
  • Business fluent language skills in English
