Hybrid model: 2 days on site per week

Education required:
University Studies in an Accounting, Administration, Industrial Engineer or related field


Other requirements:

Availability of 8 hours (flexible) Monday to Friday

All credits from college completed


Office:
Intermediate


Language requirement:
Written and spoken fluency in Spanish. English intermediate

What will you do?

  • Be part of the team responsible for managing the requirements of users with auto assigned, through mail, Teams, WhatsApp, Phone and LeasePlan. Maintain close communication with the team_
- about the needs of users with self-assigned. It must ensure that all requirements are aligned with current policy and procedure and procedure. Provide support to the team, in the updating and safeguarding of the physical file of the vehicle fleet _
- _Comply with the policies and procedures established by GSK_
- _Follow up on requests received from the fleet team, as well as self-assigned users._
- _Keep the physical file of the vehicle fleet updated._
- _Digitize the documents that make up each file._
- _Generation of lists and control reports_
