    Introduction
    As an accounting analyst at IBM, you'll play a crucial role in strategic payments planning, making significant contributions to operational initiatives as the business grows globally.


    Your Role and Responsibilities
    • Preparation and accurate recording of the company's financial performance
    • Planning and analysis of complex technical/accounting operations
    • Management and interpretation of accurate management information
    • Control financial standards ensuring compliance with tax regulations and accounting principles
    • Identification of system change requirements to meet new business needs
    • Maintenance of assigned general ledger accounts, including reconciliations
    • Technical problem-solving and internal guidance
    • Analysis and review of monthly financial performance
    • Summary distribution and assessments for developing consolidated views
