We currently are seeking a
Production Supervisor for our Irapuato site.

The Supervisor of the area is responsible for managing the necessary resources so that during his shift the Safety, Production, Quality and Training activities of his operational people are fulfilled.

The Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and assigning priorities to the floor based on the production plan.


What You Will Do In Your Role:

  • Lead and develop team members to improve individual and organization performance
  • Leverage technical, mechanical, processoriented aptitudes to learn a manufacturing process
  • Set standards, measures, and improve processes
  • Implement change: Motivate employees to embrace and adapt to changes
  • Lead, track, and improve performance on key department goals and objectives
  • Lead performance management, coaching and corrective action processes for assigned crew
  • Improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques, where it adds value
  • Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to optimize production requirements (e.g., Sales, Scheduling, Warehouse, Shipping, etc.)
  • Own and execute upstream and downstream processes to exceed customer expectations
  • Bachelor's degree, Engineering or related field
  • Previous experience on similar role
  • English intermediate Level
