_ Product Manager, Global Sales Solutions_ is responsible for system & business process analysis, data analysis, system support, system configuration and end-user training for sales systems and processes. This role is responsible for ensuring that Multi-Color achieves maximum value out of their investments in CRM, Pricing Solutions, Onboarding Solutions and other sales enabling tools. Responsible for building relationships with Global Sales Leadership to provide enterprise-wide planning, project management, delivery, support and training services, as well as identify, prioritize, and deliver continuous improvement enhancements and strategic project objectives that meet the business needs.


Responsibilities:


  • Work with users to gather detailed requirements and develop functional specifications for new system requirements, system enhancements and reporting requirements. Utilize data & process analysis methods and tools to identify system and process improvement opportunities.
  • Functional configuration and maintenance of assigned business systems to support new implementation project requirements and enhancements for changing operational and business needs. Create and maintain system, process, and enduser documentation. Ensure that project requirements, timeline, budget, and scope are being met.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training of endusers, including sharing best practices.
  • Development and maintenance of reports using MCC standard reporting technologies.
  • Ensure all established policies, procedures and controls are enforced and followed.
  • Model the Corporate Values (Integrity, Passion, Creativity, Perseverance and Achievement) and Principles.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Computer Skills:

  • Experienced (2 years or more) in IT with responsibilities for CRM or ERP system configuration and support.
  • Advanced technical ability to manage and support CRM or ERP systems.
  • Experience with (but not necessarily expert in) Microsoft Windows, Windows Server and Database Technology.

Language Ability:

  • Ability to clearly communicate (verbally and written) complex technical matters in local language and English.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical issues to "nontechnical" associates.
  • Ability to present ideas clearly to management in order to gain support and buyin.

Physical Demands:

  • Travel both domestic and international.
  • Demonstrate a professional image.

  • Broad knowledge of printing industry business practices and processes.
  • University degree, preferably in Information Technology.
