The Staff Program Manager will play an integral program management role in global integration programs impacting web sites as part of the Digital Programs & Engineering (DPE) team.

The Staff Program Manager will be the liaison between DPE leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and various integration teams to ensure bilateral communication of capabilities, priorities, standards, and status.

Tijuana, Mexico (remote) Corporate Offices

How will you make an impact?

Drive large initiatives from initiation to implementation, inclusive of hypercare support and closure.
Coordinate multiple programs and projects simultaneously.
Function as a liaison between DPE leadership, stakeholders, vendors, and various integration teams to ensure bilateral communication of capabilities, priorities, standards, and status.
Influence stakeholders in a highly matrixed organization
Oversee all aspects of assigned programs including scope, schedule, budget, resources, quality, and risk to ensure successful delivery.
Proactively manage assigned programs to ensure milestones are achieved within plan including proactively managing execution progress, managing communications, reporting status, managing resources, managing change, removing roadblocks, and resolving conflicts
Ensure projects adhere to the company's formal identified framework of Scaled Agile Framework (Safe)
Create initial program budget and seek funding approval following the company's capital funding process and manage the program budget throughout its course.
Manage internal and external stakeholders, customer relationships and thirdparty vendors.
Serve as a Project and Program Management Subject Matter Expert
Maintain extensive knowledge and expertise in the disciplines of program management as well as multiple business processes and/or technical areas.
Provide guidance to other employees and demonstrate the ability to influence others in a positive manner.
Participate with management and other Program Managers in establishing best practices in program management methods and tools.
Work as a team member on special projects and other activities as needed.

Education
Bachelor''s degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems analysis or a related field of study, or equivalent experience

Experience

4+ years of successfully managing complex crossfunctional Enterpriselevel IT programs.
7+ years of project and/or program management with increasing responsibility and complexity
Proven ability to work in a heavily matrixed environment.

Various industry PM methodologies including Safe and Waterfall
PMP, Safe and SCM certification a plus
Act with Integrity and Trust
MS Office 365, including advanced MS Project, PowerPoint, and Excel
Jira Align, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence
PlanView is a plus
