Manufacturing Engineer II

Helps determine the operations required for more complex projects in product manufacturing, as well as implement costsaving process improvements. Own the processes create capable processes.
May be responsible for the completion of assigned engineering projects within budget and scheduling guidelines.
May coach or manage less experienced team members. Troubleshoot and resolve more complex problems, develop sequence of operations, estimate time requirements for each, and prepare operation sheets.
Identifies, recommends and implements improvements and/or modifications in the sequence of operations, equipment utilization and related issues to increase efficiency and cost savings.
Designs and programs CNC equipment to utilize it at full capacity.
May be responsible for the completion of engineering projects.
Design new line layouts or redesign the plant layout.
May provide technical leadership/training and/or coaching to other team members.
Transfer of new products.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electromechanical/Mechatronics) or equivalent related experience. 5+ years.
Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma acquired in the last 3 years.
Knowledge of CNC manufacturing equipment.
Fixture design in AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
Bilingual English 80% desirable.
