Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and analyze AR reports to identify outstanding accounts, discrepancies, and trends.
Engage with clients to address and resolve billing issues and discrepancies.
Maintain accurate and uptodate customer files, including detailed transaction records.
Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to streamline processes and enhance customer communication.
Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance.
Perform periodic financial audits related to receivables.
Assist in monthend closing activities and other accounting tasks as required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or a similar financial role.
Proficient in using ERP systems, preferably Epicor.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in both English and Spanish is a plus.

Pay:
$25, $40,000.00 per month
