Como Analista de Servicios Generales, supervisa y gestiona a nível operativo la ejecución de servicios generales (Limpieza, fumigación, jardinería, recolección de residuos no peligrosos, estacionamientos, salas de juntas, agua para consumo humano en plantas productivas): reportando al Coordinador de Servicios Generales.

Lugar de trabajo:
Polanco, Ciudad de México.

Responsabilidades Clave:

Verificar en campo el nível de servicio de comedores y determina correcciones en caso de aplicar.
Ejecutar a través de terceros mantenimiento a edificio.
Ejecutar bajo supervisión de su líder la gestión de proyectos.
Utilizar eficientemente los recursos alineado a objetivos de la organización.
Mantener actualizados los programas anuales de ejecución de actividades de servicios.
Generar solicitudes Internas para la adquisición de consumibles y/o servicios.

Cualificaciones:

2 años o más de experiência en servicios generales y/o Mantenimiento, manejo de personal/ proveedores.
Pasante en Licenciatura /ingeniería.
Nível de inglés intermedio/ avanzado.
Enfoque al cliente y atención al detalle.
Dinámismo y proactividad.
Estructurado, apego a procedimientos y políticas.
