Job Description:
Maintenance Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervision of the facilities maintenance technicians.
Experience and ability to manage a team of maintenance technicians distributed on different shifts
Work with maintenance management systems (CMMS) to schedule and assure the correct development of preventive infrastructure maintenance practices.
Manage all utilities for efficiency management, improvements and cost savings.
Define facilities maintenance approaches for optimizing effectiveness of reliability maintenance and maximizing equipment operation and runtime.
Coordinate facility related activities of outside contractors assigned to the various sites and assure that contractors assigned to the various sites and assure that contractors understand and conform to all corporate and local safety requirements.

Requirements:

Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance/engineering disciplines obtained through formal education, and a minimum of 10 years supervision experience on maintenance management in manufacturing environment.
English conversational level
Demonstrated ability to clearly define relevant project/program information in written and oral presentations.
Capable to administrate a CMMS for the maintenance operations.
4+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
Good communication skills
