- Be responsible for the Product Design, which is essential for the development of new product launches, building service processes through customer-oriented journey definitions.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team comprised by Insurance Product SME, Actuarial SME, IT technical lead, Vendor and Consultants.
- Align to the Design-Led methodology used at HSBC and determine the use of different toolsets and change-labs services to build prototypes and help determine the best solution.
