Descripción del trabajo:

Controls Engineer is the responsible for supervising the installation of new equipment, control engineering, reviewing drawings, making improvements in automated processes, validation of electrical installations.

Supervision of improvements projects, Continuous improvement of the Operations Maintenance area, Teamwork with all company areas.

Development of diagnostic procedures for fault resolution
Ability to train Maintenance technicians.
Design and test PLC and HMI programs using Rockwell and Siemens Software
Design of electrical schematic drawings in AutoCad
Prioritize maintenance activities according to production requirements, ensuring the least equipment downtime.
Contact with different suppliers related to the machine operation.
Guarantee the optimal functioning of the Operations Maintenance area.

Requisitos:

Requirements:

Requires a bachelor's degree in Automation, Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering career or related. Requires at least 5 years related position. Knowledge in Servo drives & Servomotors.

Knowledge of PLC Software programming (AB, Siemens) knowledge of robot programming and vision systems (Cognex/Keyence), Industrial networks (Ethernet, DeviceNet, Profinet).

Detail Oriented and ability to problem solve effectively. Leadership skills required to coordinate and work with all company areas. Interpretation of Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic and neumatic diagrams.
