- ****Engineering Maintenance Excellence

  • You will support the establishment of best practice standards and principles for equipment requirements and maintenance.
  • You will provide technical expertise on equipment performance and reliability.
  • You will support the establishment of programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
  • Provide technical support to the manufacturing maintenance equipment teams and process engineering teams.
  • Define and write preventative and predictive maintenance content and strategies
  • You will a diverse engineering team responsible for development and maintenance of our Global equipment inventory.
  • You will partner with internal and external experts to maintain and strengthen relevant engineering and technical expert
  • Will grow and nurture cross site and cross functional relationships in a large, multisite, matrixed organization.
  • You will understand and comply with company policies & procedures and external standards & guidance.
  • You will generate novel and unique solutions to both engineering and organizational challenges.
**_Key Skills & Experience
- *
  • Bachelor Level 8 degree required in mechanical, electrical, reliability engineering, equipment control or related discipline
  • Degree with 4 years relevant experience or advanced degree with 2 years relevant experience in equipment or maintenance engineering
  • Previous experience in Maintenance Excellence, Total Performance Maintenance (TPM) a distinct advantage.
  • 4 years relevant direct equipment or maintenance engineering experience
  • Excellent team building, communications, and leadership skills.
  • Dynamic team player and can work effectively and proactively on a global team
  • Good communicator and fluent in English and Spanish, both in writing and speaking.
  • Travel 25%
