Objective
Manage and control all joining processes used in the EMC plant. The Joining Sr. Engineer will be responsible for complying with the performance KPIs of the cold joining processes.


Main Responsibilities

  • Modify and/or adjust the parameters of SPR, Adhesives and clinching to meet our client's requirements
  • Maintain the FTT of SPR, Adhesives and Clinching at a minimum of 90%
  • Reduce internal SCRAP derived by joining processes in cold.
  • Improve the performance of consumables/spare parts joining processes.
  • Maintain an optimal SPR health chart according to the requirements of our clients.
  • Manage C&E reports and trigger necessary adjustments according to your experience

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in mechanical, mechatronic, electronic or electrical engineer or related.
  • Advanced English
  • Knowledge of leak testing machines and leak detection
  • Weld failure modes, SPR, adhesives, clinching, spot welding
  • Specialist in manufacturing and/or assembly processes.
  • Knowledge of Core Tools (FMEA, PC, SPC, PPAP, APQP)
  • Knowledge in GD&T
  • Documentation development (IOs, AV, HVVC)
