Reporting to our Inside Sales Supervisor, you as Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for service and support to external Channels and New Business activities.

Building strong relationships with our Commercial Vehicle Business Unit customers globally, you will perform a variety of sales and customer service-related activities including sales support, pricing, quoting, financial reporting, business reviews, presentations, research, and problem resolution.

About the job:

Provide support to the global customers and sales teams
Cooperate with global parties involved concerning complaints and claims
Manage Pricing and Quotations
Maintain communication between Marketing and Sales to meet corporate objectives
Keep track with sales numbers and turnover, financial reports
Handle entire inside sales process from proposal to close
Reach or exceed sales quotas
Cooperate worldwide with other colleagues
Location: Piedras Negras or Muzquiz, Coahuila

About you:

Bachelor or Equivalent University degree
At least 2 years of inside sales or 5 years of customer service experience
Experience working in a cross cultured environment would be beneficial
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent analytical and attention to detail skills
Robust MS Office skills, MS Excel (MS Power Point would be a plus)
Knowledge in SAP would be an advantage
