Maintenance Supervisor

Job based in Cd Juarez, Chih. Laminadora Plant Trim Division

As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for Comply with preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and equipment through the administration and supervision of maintenance technicians.

YOUR TASK WILL BE

01) Develop preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.

02) Inventory control of spare parts in Tool Crib.

03) Administration of machinery and building maintaining spare parts.

04) Work with multidisciplinary teams (Safety Man, Engineering, Security, Production and Quality).

05) Develop special projects to reduce machinery downtime problems, quality problems and Increase productivity.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLL YOU WILL NEED
Completed degree in mechatronic engineer.

1-3 years of experience in a similar position

PLC (programmable logic controller) programming

English level 70% Written and spoken.
