The Expert in HubSpot CRM is a highly skilled and experienced professional in the management and enhancement of the HubSpot CRM platform.

This role plays a critical function in the conception, implementation, and maintenance of effective strategies for customer management, marketing automation, and lead generation using HubSpot.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, information technology, or a related field
1+ HubSpot Expertise, including marketing automation, sales tools, and reporting/analytics functionalities.
Experience with data management, import/export processes, and data integrity maintenance.
Marketing and Sales Knowledge
Familiarity with marketing and sales processes, lead generation, and customer journey mapping.
Understanding of inbound marketing methodologies and strategies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with various teams and provide training/support.
Organizational skills to manage multiple projects, campaigns, and tasks simultaneously.
Problem-Solving Skills

Responsabilities

HubSpot Platform Management
Managing user access and permissions to ensure proper security and data integrity.
Setting up and maintaining integrations with other tools and systems used by the company.
Data Management
Designing and implement automated marketing, sales, and customer service workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Setting up lead scoring systems to prioritize and qualify leads based on specific criteria.
Monitoring and optimizing automated processes to ensure they're functioning effectively.
Lead Management, Tracking and Developing lead nurturing strategies to engage and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Collaborating with sales teams to ensure smooth lead handoff and communication.
Campaign Management
Reporting and Analytics
Training and Support to HubSpot users within the organization, ensuring they can effectively use the platform's features.
